How can I support you?

Let’s Talk About Asking for Help (Yep, I Went There on LinkedIn)

So, I threw a couple of questions out on LinkedIn a while back because, well, I was curious. The kind of curiosity that makes you go, “Hmm, what do folks really think about asking for help?” And guess what? The feedback was pretty enlightening, and I gotta share it with you.

To Ask or Not to Ask?

First up, I asked if folks feel comfy reaching out for a hand. Here’s the scoop: 25% are all in, rocking the help-asking game. But 69%? Not so much. And there’s a 6% crowd scratching their heads, going, “Uh, I dunno.” Been there, felt that. I mean, who wants to hear a “no,” right? Thought it was just me until I realized it’s a pretty common vibe, especially if you’re the “I got this” type.

But here’s the kicker: switching lanes into coaching and rubbing elbows with some super successful people, I caught onto something huge. Heard someone say, “Success? It’s not just about what you do but who you know.” And bam, it hit me. How many doors stay closed ’cause we’re scared to knock and get a “NO”?

Here to Help

So, here’s me asking you: Need a hand with something? Let’s chat. No catch. Hit me up for a free chat, and let’s see where it goes.

And About Coaching…

Oh, and that other poll about coaching? Well, it turns out a lot of people don’t really get what coaching’s all about. With 582 views, only a couple answered. Half were like, “What’s coaching, anyway?” The rest? A mixed bag of reasons. Shows we’ve got some myth-busting to do around coaching.

Coaching’s been a game-changer for me—helped me with my book, kept me “sane” running a solo dental practice, and even taught me to face my fear of getting turned down. It’s all about getting you where you wanna go, faster and maybe to spots you didn’t even think you could reach.

For me, coaching has been a total life changer, not just for the big stuff but for all the bits in between too. It’s helped me nail work shops and and seriously step up my presentation skills. Honestly, it’s like having a secret weapon that pushes you further than you thought possible.

Let’s Drop the Weight Together

So, what if we ditched the solo act and leaned on each other a bit? Asking for help isn’t just okay; it’s smart. Curious about coaching? I’m here to demystify it for you and even introduce you to some incredible coaches from my own journey.
